I had a truly wonderful stay here with my twins, aged 10. They absolutely loved the warm and welcoming family atmosphere that permeates this wonderful place. The family who manage it create a truly loving environment. A special mention to Julia, who was an excellent and patient teacher for our children's horse riding lessons. I highly recommend this place for families!
A wonderful holiday with the Fischer family is behind us. For the first time we spent a week's holiday at the Widmannhof and we are so excited. The farm is in such an idyllic location on the mountain, the apartments are extremely clean and extremely well equipped. The riding lessons with Martina and Julia were the highlight for my daughter. The warmth of the Fischer family... you feel at home here.
Yesterday we returned home from the Widmannhof after a week's vacation and we are thrilled. Such lovely accommodation and a fantastic location. The very best thing, and that cannot be taken for granted, is the loving hospitality of the Fischer family. We have never experienced anything like this. Warm, courteous and for every concern (if there is one at all) there is a solution for you. The communal evening was just as great and nice as the fantastic apple strudel that was made for us in the apartment based on a family recipe. The whirlpool is nice and warm and you have a beautiful view of the Dolomites. The sauna area is very modern and cozy. There is also a wallbox for electric cars for a fee, which makes the trip into the valley unnecessary. We have already reserved again. Thank you very much for a week of total well-being with you. For us, a holiday at the Widmannhof is like coming home.We can't imagine a nicer place for our vacation.There is so much to discover on the farm, especially for our children. Special highlights here are the trampoline, the playground, the vehicle fleet and of course the animals. The children head out to the yard early in the morning and the adventure begins.The apartments are clean and comfortably furnished.We simply feel every time how much passion the Fischer family puts in looking after our guests. We are looking forward to many more holidays here.
We had an incredibly wonderful time at the Widmannhof! The apartments are cozy, very clean & well equipped. The farm is well maintained, there is so much for the children to discover, sheep, horses, chickens, a trampoline, swings, etc. There is also a huge fleet of vehicles for the children, bicycles, tractors, balance bikes and a riding school. Julia does a really great job with the horses and children! The common room, the games room and the wellness area are also well thought out and very inviting. There is a lot to do nearby & there are beautiful huts with the best food everywhere 🙂 What is particularly worth mentioning is the hospitality of Christa, Georg & Julia. Thank you for the great week with you, we will definitely come back 🙂
We have been spending as many holidays as possible here for 10 years because nothing is left to be desired and everyone is always happy, no matter what age: loving, warm treatment of children and parents, countless employment opportunities inside and outside (playground, trampoline, haystack for running around or spending the night, helping with stable time, leading sheep, collecting eggs, petting cats, playroom and library with board games), the best, most sensitive riding lessons you could wish for, wellness through it all Outdoor whirlpool with mountain views/sun terrace or sauna, large, high-quality and well-equipped apartments, animals kept in a maximum species-appropriate manner, friendly fellow guests. In a wonderfully quiet location and yet not far from the beautiful town of Brixen and the hiking and skiing area of Plose, you can experience a wonderful holiday here at any time of the year with generous, warm people who live in harmony with nature and animals.
The place in Brixen for the perfect family holiday!This place is magical and out of this world if you are looking for some time with the family to decompress, eat healthy, enjoy good vibes and company. Julia, Christa and the whole family were amazing from the moment we asked for the inquiry to welcoming us warmly to the extra requests we had when are in need. Truly a great value for money // amazing bio farm with fresh products, cool sauna with a city view, whirlpool, access to animals and mostly importantly super kid friendly from eating chairs to play rooms.
